Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Manage and administer Office 365 tenant settings, licenses, and user accounts.
- 2. Monitor and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other O365 services.
- 3. Configure and maintain security settings, compliance policies, and data loss prevention (DLP) rules.
- 4. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate O365 services with other systems and applications.
- 5. Provide technical support and training to end-users on O365 applications and features.
- 6. Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions for O365 data.
- 7. Stay updated with O365 updates, features, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security.
- 8. Participate in O365 migration projects and upgrades as needed.

Key Qualities Required

1. Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: Office 365, MCSE: Productivity, or similar.
- 2. Experience with O365 migration projects, including hybrid environments.
- 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Office 365.
- 4. Familiarity with third-party tools and solutions for O365 administration and management.
- Qualification/Experience
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2. Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.
- 3. In-depth knowledge of Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.
- 4. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security principles, and compliance standards.
- 5. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- 7. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
