Sales and Revenue Growth

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Achieve revenue growth targets through strategic account planning and execution.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.

Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive account management.

Ensure timely and successful project delivery to meet customer expectations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.


Experience & Key Qualities Required

 

8 Plus years

Experience in Commercial Office Project Sales (B2B)

Experience in Lighting domain

Engagement with PMC, Contractors, Lighting Consultants, Architects, End Customers
