    2.  End CUSTOMER [Corporate Commercial Office]

    3. PMCs
  • B : DEMONSTRATE brand Merits & Credentials  and Product differentiation 

  • C:  BUILD & RETAIN Relation - SPECIFY  Brand & Products- GENERATE project lead.

  • D:  CONVERT ‘Project Lead’   to  ‘Order’  in collaboration with sales team

KPI's

  1. 1.  Project Lead generated in Rs. Cr

  2. 2.  Lead converted to Order in Rs. Cr

  3. 3.  Number of new customer developed in a year

  • 1. Executives Presence with Affable personalities
  • 2. Communication skill – Excellent  [7 on Max 10 scale]
  • 3.  Passionate in delivering Presentations
  • 4. Passionate, Self-driven, Ability to deliver on commitments

Experience

  • 1.  10 to 15 Years

  • 2. B2B [Institutional Sales]
  • 3. Buildings Material (Tile, Carpet, Commercial Furniture) OR BD professional  of Architect/ Design & build Firm
